But it was just a very short time before we realized that we had hired much more that a cleaning service; we'd hired a true business partner.
Oh, the cleaning was absolutely 1st rate--but the extras were totally unexpected.
Like when there was extensive unexpected water in the building (first ground water intrusion and later roof leaks), and the System4 cleaning crew took it in stride and didn't even request additional funding (they did so much, we gladly paid for their extra work!); and then much later when the pandemic hit and PPE became so quickly scarce, overnight System4 located PPE and other safety supplies, but charged nothing extra for the time-sensitive, critical service they performed. That service was so far outside of their scope of work, yet they made the magic happen and put many people at ease.
System4 always keeps our best interest foremost in performing their services.
